I know 99%for sure, this company is stemmed from a very lucrative scam artist in Florida by the name of Mark Berch. Adrian An was mgr /customer service in Florida until the government shut them down. ALL customers BEWARE of these 2 names. Home climate specialists and Budget A/C... they are one in the same. While operating in Texas alone, the Berch Brothers accumulated (netted) over $10,000,000 within a 5 year period for his company! All due to unsuspecting customers and ripping them off!
