Complaint Review: Home Closets

Horrible experience with this company. Do not give this company your hard earned money. Horrible experience from day 1. I tried to give this company chance after chance and they blew it. The "designer" took 3 weeks to turn in 2 simple designs on 2 small closets. It took another 3 weeks to schedule the installation. Installers were scheduled to arrive before noon and did not arrive until 9:15pm at night when my infant son was asleep. When I called to reschedule they wanted me to wait another 2 weeks.

I tried to cancel contract but they refused. They returned the following week to install and arrived 2 hours late. They took almost 6 hours to install closets and did not install entire closet. The shelves were missing. I was told shelves would arrive 2 days later. It has been over a week and they have still not arrived. I was told they would take another week to arrive. It is too late to cancel contract and supervisor was rude and threatening.

It has been a nightmare dealing with this company. I kept having to take all of the clothes and things in and out of the closets for a week, not knowing when they would finally come and install the closets. I still cannot put everything back in my closet since I am still waiting for my shelves. I beg you to not give your hard earned money to this company. The work is shoddy. Debris was left everywhere after installation and shelves were smudged with dirt.
