THIS COMPANY IS JUST MUTUAL WARRANTY UNDER A NEW NAME COMING TO RIP US OFF AGAIN. DON'T FALL FOR IT.
I HAVE POSTED SOME PICTURES BELOW TO SHOW YOU THE PROOF.
1. THEIR HEADQUARTERS IS IN A RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD.
2. THEY BOTH OPERATE OUT OF THE COUNTRY OF PANAMA
3. THE SAME COMPANY (LOCATED IN PANAMA) CREATED BOTH WEBSITES.
I SPOKE TO 3 SALES REPRESENTATIVES TODAY WHO ALL TOLD ME THEY ARE LOCATED IN DELAWARE. WITHOUT PREJUDICE I ASKED ALL 3 WHY THEY HAD SPANISH ACCENTS IN DELAWARE, EVEN THE RECORDING ON THEIR 800 # HAS A WOMAN WITH A SPANISH ACCENT, I FINALLY PRYED IT OUT OF THIRD GUY, THEY ARE LOCATED IN DA DA DA PANAMA

THESE AIN'T NO BASELESS ACCUSATIONS BY ANY MEANS. LISTEN UP GUYS... HCWARRANTY IS A MAJOR SCAM AND SO IS WWW.NATIONWIDEHOMEWARRANTY AS WELL. JUST RECENTLY REGISTERED IMAGINE THAT. FRESH OF THE PRESS. SO THE LIST OF SCAMS OUR RUSSIAN FRIEND VADIME VERVEDA AKA DEVON JOHNSTON HAS BEEN USING ARE AS FOLLOWS:
MUTUAL WARRANTY, US HOME WARRANTIES, PATRIOT HOME WARRANTY, HOME COMFORT WARRANTY, MY AUTO SOLD AND NOW NATIONWIDE HOMEWARRANTY. WHAT WILL HE COME UP WITH NEXT? IT'S SO FUNNY.
PS DON'T EVER BUY A HOME WARRANTY AGAIN. IT'S NOT WORTH IT.

right on the money man. you're right hcwarranty is a major scam. i spoke to some of his spanish reps over the phone. u could tell they weren' based in north america for sure. btw, this lowlife called vadim verveda was probably the one who posted a useless rebutal. he's trying to scam himself thinking that it'll blow over if he gave it some time.
he used to do the exact same thing when we was scamming people on ebay. he used to check up and follow up what people were doing before starting legal actions. this cat was so ashamed of his russian background that he had to come up with a more western sounding name like devon. i used to work for him in british columbia a while back.
listen, he's just another immigrant from abroad. he's unlike the rest of us real born canadians. he's a joke and people all over are making fun of him. his tactics have all been exposed. even patriohome warranty was so messed up. this guy is some piece of work.
