Home Deco, Net Clearances, Ebay stole $150.00 from me. Ripoff Concord Ontario Canada
On Dec. 03/04 I purchased a Cyber-Shot Sony digital still camera Mod DSC-P32 from Netclearances ( Ebay). The camera did not focus the pictures so I sent it back to them. I insured it and sent it Parcel post. After two weeks I emailed them to check on it and they told me they didn't receive it. I asked Canada Post to trace it and they said the item was delevered to their company. after more emails without any results I phoned their customer service person and she told me to get her the name of the person who signed for it at their office. Canada Poste told me It wasn't my place to do this it was theirs. So up to now They (Netclearances)Have the camera and $145.00 plus shipping charges of my money. This was supposed to have been my wife's Christmas gift.I checked with the consumer affairs nearest me and gave them all the info. I have, but they didn't even call me on the matter.I can't afford a Lawyer ,so is there anybody out there with an answer to this?

I don't have a solution for you, it's obvious what you need to do, just keep buggin them until they make it right.
But, why blame Ebay. They had nothing to do with it? Geesh man. Put the blame where it's due.
