I contacted my local stores to find out who would work with someone on an extremely limited budget. And I was told that I would get treated right, and that they would help me get cheaper goods. And that I could shop from the area which they call scratch and dent.

Those were empty promises. I had to pay full price, the Manager Jonathan "bumped me up" to a better service plan warranty ( which cost me more money, and he didn't ask me. He just did it. ) Thanks.

I purchased a new bed for my 4 y/o child. I thought it was a nice feature to offer consumers, the option to take the item home with you and then make payments on it. BIG mistake.

I purchased a Rake bed with 3 drawers under it. And a new mattress.

The delievery fee was $70 which you paid seperately to the driver once he dropped off your merchandise.

I had to wait until 830pm until the delivery person called and said he was outside my home, do I want my items? Of course I wanted them, but being told all day that it would be here, and they would call me half an hour before they came, was a lie.

The men brought me 3 boxes, and no mattress. By this time the store itself was closed, the delivery man called the manager and he never answered. The delivery man said he would bring it back to me the next day.

The next day came, and I spoke to the delivery man a bunch of times, more then 5, and he promised me that the mattress was on his truck, and he would be to me soon. After calling the store a million times, I was told then by Alfonfina ( a store lady there ) that they could have another delivery driver bring me the mattress, BUT I had to pay another $80 for it to be delivered ( when THEY forgot the bed to begin with).

After calling corporate. they said they will pay my fee to deliver the mattress today, and 2 days went by, and then finally at 9pm I got my mattress.

This location on Walden Ave they are very unprofessional.

Afterwords corporate offered me a gift certificate for $40 to that location again, and I advised them to keep it. He said I could give it to a family member and or a friend, well I advised him to KEEP IT. Nothing in that store is cheap, that certificate would have done nothing for me.

Also, the manager added a mattress protector to my bill, a $50 charge,  and it has been hell trying to get it taken off. I had to contact WHY NOT LEASE IT, and they advised me it was still onmy bill. I purchased my items on Dec. 3rd 2013, it is now, Dec 30, 2013. And it is still on my bill. I called the WHY NOT LEASE IT and then on three way called the local store and spoke to Jonathan and he immediately put me on hold, and then after 15 minutes Alfonfina got on the line, and asked Why not lease it to fax them a form to fix the charge on my bill. They emailed them the form.

I called corporate extention 22 spoke to Dan whom also claims he did the refund of the mattress protector  on the 3rd, well both people at the local store were too lazy to look up my account and see that the credit was done, and that why not lease it could have had the claim number then applied it to me bill. NOPE.

When they were holding my mattress hostage, I made several calls to the store left multiple messages, and Joanathan the store manager NEVER called me back. EVER.
