On 12/3/07 Home Depot sent out their sub-contractor First Class Comfort Systems, Inc. to install a Furnace, Hot Water Heater and Air Conditioner in my home. My agreement for these 3 installations were contracted with Home Depot. Once the sub-contractor First Class Comfort Systems, Inc. completed the work. I made attempts to contact them with compliants that my Furnace
and Water Heater was not working. They ignored my calls. I then contacted Home Depot main office, who then had the Union Office Service Manager Dina Paris contact me to say someone from First Class Comfort Systems, Inc will
contact me. FCCS did make contact with me and scheduled to to return to my home and troubleshoot as to why I stated the installation of the furnace and water heater they installed was not functioning. FCCS has been out to my home at least 15-20 time none of the equipment is working to date. The Union Township Inspectors came out and approved all this falty work.

I have 3 credible companies put in writing the installation of all three of my appliances by FCCS were installed incorrectly. Two pieces on the Water Heater was left off. The Furnace and Air Conditoner units are 80,000 and they should be least 100-110 units due to the sizes of my home. Home Depot has only agreed to fix the Furnace, with the stipulation they must use the same contractor, or the Furnace work will not get done.

I think Home Depot really needs to stand behind its customer here.

I think Home Depot really needs to stand behind its customer here. The customer purchased from Home Depot in good faith and used their sub contractor.
If the sub contractor's work is bad, Home Depot needs to view this and if correct provide a different contractor to install it properly. Home Depot should understand that nobody wants to see shoddy contractor work repeated, or the customer to have to deal with these people 'again' (how do you think that'll make a customer feel, or a future customer feel?).

Thanks for letting us know how the Home Depot Sub Contractor system can turn out.

Thank you.

My initial complaint:

Does this Mackissic Mighty Mac chipper shredder company even understand home gardeners?
http://ripoffreport.com/reports/0/438/RipOff0438123.htm#412885

Why is this report at Mackissic Mighty Mac chipper shredder company's door?
http://ripoffreport.com/reports/0/438/RipOff0438123.htm#412886

When I brought the issue of the dealer totally ripping me off to Mackissic Mighty Mac chipper shredder company, they did nothing to resolve that total waste of my time and nothing to make up for the funds that were stolen from me by the Mackissic Mighty Mac chipper shredder company dealer. Mackissic Mighty Mac chipper shredder company associates / disassociates with it's engine maker as it needs.
http://ripoffreport.com/reports/0/438/RipOff0438123.htm#412887

Can I trust a Mackissic Mighty Mac chipper shredder company approved dealer?
http://ripoffreport.com/reports/0/438/RipOff0438123.htm#412891

The problem is with the Mackissic Mighty Mac chipper shredder company, which they say themselves is a small struggling sheet metal manufacturer.
http://ripoffreport.com/reports/0/438/RipOff0438123.htm#412892

Why would I want to buy these Mackissic Mighty Mac chipper shredders with a new engine, when, based upon my experience, it could very well end up needing to be re-manufactured just to get it to run properly.
http://ripoffreport.com/reports/0/438/RipOff0438123.htm#412897

The entire Mackissic Mighty Mac chipper shredder company and dealer system seem to want to scam the Mackissic Mighty Mac chipper shredder customer out of money. It seems to be the Mackissic Mighty Mac chipper shredder company priority.
