I bought,  at Home Depot Norwalk CT, a washer and a dryer on the black Friday ( November 27th 2009). I was requested to pay the full price ( 1090 $) although the appliances were supposed to be delivered December 22nd.

After 45 days I received three phone calls who delayed the delivery. Yesterday I went to the store and, after check the order, they told me my appliances will be this coming Friday. This morning I received a call from an Home Depot office in NJ, and they told me they were very sorry but my appliances will be ready only next week.

At now I don't know when I will have my appliances.

At now, at Home Depot, they have my 1090 $ from 45 days, they can use it, and they don't have to pay any interest on it. Is this fine?
I think they have to reimburse the money's cost to the costumer.

I will be happy to know if this happened to other people.
