Home Depot introduced a new Husky tool called a Multi-cut, a type of snipper. The replacable blade is 2 and 5/8 inches long, so nothing else will work. When I bough the Multi-cut I tried to buy spare blades at that time, and was told that they did not have it in stock as it was a new tool. The new blades would be in stock very soon as they were setting up shelf space at that time.
Well they still do not have the blades and will not be carring them and are still selling the Multi-cut tool with no replacement blades. So I am now out my $20.00 and they are putting money in the bank by ripping people off.

You may order replacement blades from ronantools.com, but what gets me about that is they only offer one shipping option.  For a $6.00 set of three blades and one plastic anvil, you pay $16.00 in shipping (UPS is the only option).  For that money, simply buy a new tool when the blades are worn out, it makes far more sense.

I also acquired the multitool from Home Depot, and think it's a great tool. Like you, I was unable to find replacement blades at the store I bought it from. Since the tool came with 3 extra blades in the handle, I haven't gone through them all yet, The tool itself is clearly marked to go to www.ronantools.com to buy replacement blades. You can get 3 blades, plus a replacement anvil, which is on the side opposite the blade. Anyway, I hope that helps. As for the employee who told you the store carried the replacement blades, bad call. Best of luck, and enjoy your mulit-cut!

While it is true that Home Depot does not sell the replacement blades themselves, may I ask if you are a) unable to read the label on the spare blades holder which reads: "Reorder blades @ www.ronantools.com", or b) too lazy to visit the site?
