I went to Home Depot to purchase a Honda lawn mower, and found displays models 50% off. I purchased a Honda HRX217HXA after the associate informed me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the lawn mowers, they had just been outside all season.

I took the lawn mower home and attempted to cut my grass. The bag included with the lawn mower was too small and the grass did not even make it into the bag. I took the bag and lawn mower to the store, thinking they would just give me the correct bag. Wrong! The associate told me I purchased it "as is",even though there were other bags on display models. The manager agreed with the associate and told me I could keep the lawn mower and the incorrect bag, knowing that a replacement bag was an additional $120. They then told me if I wanted to return the lawn mower, I would have to drain the gasoline from the tank, which I refused. I returned the lawn mower, received my credit and let them drain the d**n tank.

Home Depot was wrong to sell me a lawn mower with the incorrect bag and refuse to exchange it. I will NEVER do business with Home Depot again.
