dk we bought the Manuel set... Salesman never offered for us to try Manuel suit out... If he had , we wouldn't had purchased it because we can't put the chairs back to a sitting position. I had knee surgery and my knee is not strong. My husband had just been diagnoised with cancer... We were both very upset.. I called and ask if we could exchange it for something we could operate and was easier for us.. We are in our late 60's.. They sent serviceman out.. He said the spring that operated the recline part was loss as it could go.. Also had problems with the handle on the recliner chair.. We bought the furniture Dec 5th... We have a year warranty on it.. So still in warranty... We also paid cash ! So they really could care less if we were satisfied.. They claim they want to satisfy their customers.. So wrong !!

We tried a power recliner couch and power recliner chair... We realized we would have to get Manuel because we had no where to plug it.. The salesman never let us try the Manuel set( all they had in that style was power) We cannot get the recliners to go down to sitting position.. My husband had to leave it up and get out from the side... He was just diagnoised with cancer at the time we purchased the set.., I had knee surgery .. We purchased the set Dec 5.. We have a year warranty on the furniture.. After sending a serviceman and him telling us the spring couldn't be loosened any further than what it was.. I do t sit on the furniture at all and my husband still getting out from the side .. He was fixing to start his first chemo .. I felt so bad for him that he couldn't get off the couch with ease, I called the company again and spoke to the manager( Mike Chapman). He told me he would talk to his boss and call me back, but he never did.. So we are stuck with priced that can cause my husband to fall with him having to do chemo. It's a shame how big companies can get away with what they want.. I'm certain if it had been a friend, he would have gladly let them exchange it
