Complaint Review: Home group llc

Billie Wright from Home Group called me  claimed to have all my info etc. etc.  Have no idea how hke got my cell # nobody but family has it. He promised to help us thru the HARP process - he works directly on our behalf to get us a lower rate, etc, etc  He knew whko e h ad mortgage with  gave us to two other prople to verify info - this went on & on with a credit card for $687  to start filing - then 4 mos. later said he had finished & all looked so good @ 3.25 mortgage rate - it was just a matter of getting all to   the money in - another $687.  and we shkould be hearing from Nationstar  (who we had)   I was so sstupid giving anyone my CC#  etc. etc.   but I have never heard or done anything like that - shoukld, but did not, go with my instints but he had  two other people calling & e-mailing constantly keeping me informed  -  oh sure he did.  When i finallyk got to him thru e-mail  oh he came up with a story that souknded too good  &  we needed our mortgage rate $ lowered.

This went on for nearly a ykear - I finally got hold of him & said  we want our money back - this was uder false pretenses

and when he objected I said  "you told me if you were not successful   You would return every cent of our money"

My husband was by my side  -  he said hke had problems and would get back to me  BU T  I told him "no"  send me my money back    HE REFUSED FLATELY,   OH I NEVER PROMISED A REFUND WAS HIS ANSWER.    

THERE'S NO FOOL  LIKE AN OLD FOOL!!
