Home Helpers Misrepresentation, Scammed, Fraud Cincinnati Ohio
BEWARE OFTHE SCAM: H.H. Franchising is in the business of selling franchises, and doesn't offer the support that it speaks of before you purchase the business. The owner glorified the business and bragged on the intense mentoring available, how they look out for their franchisees, and how they are different from the rest of the home care companies. He's a great salesperson. With a straight face, he even mentioned that someone would be working with the new franchisees to help them get up to 200 billable hours. That was pure BS! He failed to mention that you had to pay for mentoring. Everything has a fee attached. Sometimes it seems as though they pull numbers out of the air. As soon as you sign the contract, you never hear from them again UNLESS you're a day late on royalties and the marketing fee. GETTING THEIR MONEY IS MORE IMPORTANT!The Operations department is comprised of individuals who have no clue about healthcare or franchise support.
