We have an unusually shaped toilet seat, hard to find in local stores. So, on January 17, 2012 we ordered it from HomeIndoor.com. They immediately charged our credit card, but sent no confirmation.
At the end of January we tried to phone them, but "the office is now closed" is what you hear, with no opportunity to leave a message, so we emailed.
On February 1st we received an email from Robert Raymond that "This toilet seat is expected to be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks. Please let us know if you are ok with this wait." We wrote back that it was ok.
It is now March 17. They don't ever pick up the phone and no longer answer emails. A login to our account shows that the item has not yet shipped. We've given up thinking it ever will.
We will never, ever again order something online without checking the reviews first!
