Please do not work for Home Inventory Protection Services with Al Fields. I worked for him for 5 weeks and made a lousy 50 bucks! What I did was to call Insurance company's on a referral program that paid them 25.00 to refer their clients to us. Once they did, I would make 50.00 PER CONFRIMED APPOINTMENT. Little did I know, that this company was a one man show.Not one person was following up on my leads for over 3 weeks!! Unlike I was told, there is no corporate office. I surly found this out by figuring out where my only one paycheck of 50.00 came from to my paypal account. It was from Theresa M King, a yoga instructor? Every phone rep that worked when I worked, never made a dime. False hope, no hope. Its a crock of crap. Here, I am going to paste what Al Fields said to me per my IM.
Al: Hello Jennifer, I left town on Friday evening, I honestly didn't know you didn't receive it...i'm going to send you your $50 commission myself, I don't want any trouble with any reps!
Al: I also have messages from agents you must of called from yesterday.
Jennifer : Are you sending it Paypal now?
Al: I have to see which card I can use, but yes I will send it personally
Al: The company has no need to not pay you.
Next Day:
Al, still have not received any money. You told me to expect an email and i have not. Let me know whats going on. Thank you.
Jennifer : Al, whats going on the the paypal situation? You promised me it would be in there yesterday.
Jennifer Santiago: I know Al! your so busy. Get me my money today. 5 flippin weeks and I made 50?????? Lets face the Bull&() like you said.
Jennifer : Al, I have no choice, I have saved all our conversations and you have not yet paid me to date. It is now Wednesday and my payment was due last Friday. You can not tell me that you paid me an extra 50 because my referral cancalled for the simple fact that on the agreement is stated that you will get paid per CONFIRMED appointment. This is no way to start a business and knowing that you have DONE THIS TO OTHERS, you will not be in business for long. Make the right decision.
Jennifer : Wow Al, and you say you have a kid and you can't even shell out 50 dollars? You are a very cold hearted person and just remember, what comes around goes around.
So, I have not heard anything since. He did this to another worker of mine that was owed much more than I. Its not the point to me about a 50.00 I just dont want to see anyone work for this company and not get paid. The funny thing is he kept insisting that I give him my bank account information to get paid!

My name is Theresa, I am an inspired singer who met Al Fields at a studio session several months ago working with The Latin League. Al was responsible for getting TV press for this talented group. They were already setup to go to Washington DC to perform for president Obama. Al set-up interviews with ABC action-news, BayNews 9, FOX-13, and he knows how to open new doors. I am convinced that Al is the right guy to promote anyone who has the passion to make it in the music industry. There are a lot of people who are dissatisfied with their careers and having nothing else to do but try to tarnish someone else's career. I have seen Al in action is he's a beast when it comes to sales and marketing. I have nothing but admiration for Mr. Fields and I know he's working hard trying to support his family. I hope my testimony helps others to not judge a person for what someone else may say but to judge by the action of the person. You would not like it if someone would post a negative comment about your character for everyone in the world to see! Al is doing the right thing with the right people and will prevail. I have his confidence and feel he will have yours too..

Don't be a hater towards Al Fields...I have personally known Al for the past few years and he is a great guy. Al is contracted by MVE which is NOT A SCAM. They have helped me so much with promoting my music, and it was worth every dollar. I have received invitations to perform at great venues like the Carribean Festival in Florida last month in front of over 5 thousand people. It was setup personally by Al and he is so motivated to help everyone. I have seen Al loan money to artist for recording sessions which was not in the contract agreement I signed. He is a family man with family values. Al admitted from the beginning he's had a taunted past with other companies but it's in his past and I have seen him do so much for others including my family. He works hard for his clients and he's been honest with me from day one. Sure the economy has everyone afraid and complaining, but those of you who file these false claims should be a shamed of yourself. Get a life! Their are decent people out here trying to make an honest living and Al Fields is a good person. Sometimes I think he is overwhelmed trying to do so much, but at the end of the day, I trust and believe in him.
Al has bought gifts for my childrens's birthdays which means a lot to me as a single parent. STOP HATING!!! Everyone has problems and complaints, but don't don't hate a a man who works hard for you. I have friends that will support Al's character so those who feel they have to try to ruin him will not succeed. Trust me, we have his back!

I agree with Mikepuerto, Tee is def AL. PLEASE BE ADVISED HE RUNS SEVERAL DIFFERENT COMPANIES WITH DIFFERENT NAMES! SUCH AS MUSIC VISION ENTERTAINMENT "LLC". USING THE SAME ADDRESS AS ABOVE FROM JEN.

I suspect that the person that placed the rebuttal as "tee" is really Al Fields. He is a rip-off artist and has done this to MANY, MANY, People! Be ware of Al Fields(my real estate 2 go).

I applied to Official HIPS back in May as an Inventory Specialist. My first job I was very nervous and Mr. Fields was there to coach me through. This is the first real inventory company in the Tampa Bay area. They have a professional staff and they keep me busy while working as a single mother. Sure I was very skeptical at first knowing they were a startup company, but the training as been fun and Mr. Fields keeps me motivated. They have grown tremendously in a very short time. Official HIPS is very innovative by using online tools such as their employee area. Their web site is very professional and the best I've seen for Home Inventory Protection Services anywhere. Al Fields is very supportive and I respect his vision to be the best inventory service in the Bay area. I've always been paid on time and he even advanced me when I had to pay for my child's daycare. I have worked for several companies and believe me everyone does not do that. I love the weekly conference calls which keeps me motivated. I look forward to each assignment which is very rewarding for me as a parent. I have a job helping families protect their personal belongings even in this economy. I like that! Since I started, they have not received any customer complaints. I know you can not please everyone, but they do care about their customers and the individuals who with them. They even work with national companies such as SERVPRO and KB Homes. I will vouch for the entire staff of the Official HIPS team. They work hard and support those around them. Keep up the good work! Oh by the way, the lady who was upset about her fifty dollars, you could not have been representing to well. Their service is top notch! Thanks so much for giving me the opportunity to grow with you!
