On December 14/11received a phone call from Mr. Michael Roberts telling me that he worked for Alexis M Rabbani; claiming that they could help with my foreclosure case. He set me an appointment for December 16/11.
During my visit to one of her offices, Alexis M Rabbani, Michael roberts (Intake manager), Alex Gracia (legal assistant) and Vladimir kovacsik(manager), Told me that they could win my foreclosure case with the bank for a total of $ 2,395.00 to be paid (4) monthly payments of $ 595.00.
I did paid them first(2) payments, For a total of $ 1,190.00 and that was the last time i heard from them. They closed the office and disappeared. I called her 2nd office and they refused to give me information about her.
I tried for many months to retrieve information about my, Numerus phone calls and messages and i was left with no answers, I finally got in touch with Mr. Michael Roberts, But he was very nasty and called names and said that I didn't even have a case with them.

These two incantations of the same loan modification shop have been operating in Pompano for a few years. The first incantation was reported to the FTC and was broken up by the report. In January of 2013 the latest version of Home Law was opened under the guise of a law firm headed by Andrew Bresalier Esq. Of 400 N Pine Island Rd - suite 200 Plantation FL
Mr Bresalier isn't a loan modification attorney - he practices Bankrupcy law services. It would appear that Home Law Group attempts to skirt the Federal Trade Commissions Mortgage Assistance Relief Services (MARS) by pretending to be a law firm which it clearly is not. The reason that Home Law Group attempts to skirt the MARS laws is so that Home Law can charge fees for modification prior to a customer actually achieving a modification from their Lender or Mortgage Bank.

You have never signed an agreement with Home Law Center.
You have never paid money to Home Law Center.
You have never had any relationship with Home Law Center.
When you paid money to some other company, Home Law Center was not even in existance.
AGAIN YOU NEVER HAD ANY RELATIONSHIP WITH HOME LAW CENTER.
If you paid money to Alexis Rabanni or anyone alse then you must persue them, NOT HOME LAW CENTER.

Home law center, When I called ALEXIS M RABBANI ' S office looking for help about my foreclosure case, She clearly told me that her offices were in pompano beach , Aventura and hallendale beach blvd it is clear that she is working for home law center, BBB never removed the complaint this is another lay from you people tell Mss Rabbani to show her face and give me the money back
that I worked hard for it and I have receipts...if I do not get any help from RIPOFF I am going to the bar and believe me I go international, And I demand my money back .....THIS IS NOT A HARASSMENT

On 12-14-11 I had a call from Mr. Michael Roberts lelling me me thai he worked for Alexis M Rabbani claiming that they can help me with my foreclosure with the bank he set me up an appointment for 12-16-11 during my visit to her office on 1920 Hallandale Beach Blvd# 805 33009 Hallandale Beach Blvd
Fl. Alexis M Rabbani,Michael Roberts and Alex Garcia who is her legal assistant told me that they can win my case in court, They charged $ 2395.00 in a 4 monthly payments of$ 595.00 which i made the 2 first payments$ 1195.00
that was the last time i heard from them they closed the office and disappeared, I called her 2nd office on HOME LAW CENTER, LLC 351 S CYPRESS RD SUITE 300 POMPANO BEACH FL 33060 and they give no infonnation about her. After many months i try to retrieve information about my case i was left with no answers, Numerous phone calls and messages. Later i find out that they open another office at BRICKELL AVE# 320 so the can keep scamming people like me that i end up in the same situation for lots of people in south Florida loosing our houses and our jobs
