Broker Alice"ALLA" Lonnqvist from Home Max Realty Interantional in Lantana, West Palm Beach Florida Stole from my commission. I was looking for a real estate broker to hang my licence. Searching on google I found her add :

I called her and asked her how much was her brokers fees and she told me it was $295.00 and I could ask my customer to pay it, so I asked her some other questions too. So far so good, I decided to go with her. I got um sales contract, called her told her look, I am writing a sales contract so please tell what era your fees?, so she repeated that was $295.00 and I could ask  my client to pay. I close the deal, send her all the paper work and start to wait for my check, one week, 2 weeks and I called her she did not answer, Sent text, no answer, e-mail no answer. I used another phone to call her and she answered it, I asked for my money, and she said she needed alot paper work that had to be signed by my buyer. I asked her to send it to me I would have it done. Sent to her all done as she asked and a month passed by and no check or messages answered. I contact my attorney to send her a demanding letter. Lawyer sent her a letter demanding that amount of money she respond that her charges was $295.00 for the realtor, $395.00 for my client plus another charge for ommission insurance. Charges that she never said before. She told my lawyer that I had to sign a broker's agreement so I could get paid. She registered me on Sep-1st-2016 and never sent me any agreement. This crook sent me a agreement that I have to agree to sign electronically without have a opportunity to ready it. If you ever come CROSS with this company, RUN. from this low life scumbag.
