First of all the service is great, me and dad have done it in the past and had good experiences with it, but it seems like if i need anything, i have to contact the sales rep on his own line if i got there #, if i call the office or speak with the managers or customer service nothing ever gets done, i just get lead on for a while and nothing will get done until i get fed up and contact my rep or whatever one came by last, the reps they have always been respectful and fun, but recently i bought a pack of black angus steaks off one of the reps and was unsatisfied with my purchase, it seemed as if the quality wasnt as good as it has in the past and the owners runnin it r cutting corners and getn lower grade meat to save money and make a buck at someone elses expense with no remorse for takeing food off my table to put some on his or theres, but ne way u get a year guarentee for the product which is a plus usually, and call in with my issue and get it replaced or refunded after a little bit of persitents and several calls they agree to replace it with an all natural pack, which is supposed to b top of the line so i agree to the replacement and set up a time for the customer service rep to come out, and the sales rep that sold me the meat brought it buy and i opened my door to invite him in and in his hand is a box that looks like its been through hell and back and i asked the rep how old it was, and the date was marked off or wasnt visible anymore, so i opened the box and 118 11 was on each box & i wasnt quite sure what it meant and was questioning the rep and he said he had already brought his concern with the age with the meat and they gave him grief and told him to give it to me, and not to worry about it so he did, i was pretty upset by this time and i was asked to sign a customer service sheet proveing he had done it, and at the top it talked abt chargeing the rep an extra 63 dollars for the upgraded meat i got, so the young had to take money from his pocket to put this on my table, i was floored, its supposed to b guranteed why do u have to pay for a product they gurantee and he also informed me he had to pay for the gas there and back which is abt a 4 1/2 hr drive minumum and over a hundred dollars in gas there and back, and the rep who had told me b4 had just had a little girl a few months ago, and was working on a bonus, i felt worse for even takeing the case cause it was comeing out of his pocket almost 200 dollars for my meat and customer service not counting 200 i had already spent on the steak before, if u ask me i think the real thieves and sleez balls are behind the desk and own it, well ne way i had another rep come by a cpl days later from another company kinda same smaller outfit but same thing, & i asked about the numbers on the box and he quickly told me that the first set of numbers where the day and the second was the year and come to find out the steaks the owners gave me as a replacement was 8 months old that the rep had spent his hard earned money on to replace a product and satisfy a possible future customer, setting there reps up for failure, and we wont be doin it again as long as them sleezy c****uckers are running it, if thats how there gonna treat there reps, which r pushing these products, and advertiseing and backing the company are the heart and soul of ne sales company, and that none of its right in more ways then one, and our family wont support it as long as the run it and neither will our neighbors, and ne one else we come in contact with

LOL, could it be ANY more obvious that this guy is a "sales rep"?

I love how he goes on and on about how friendly, wonderful, etc. the "sales reps" are, and then talks about how they get screwed towards the end of the post. He goes on about how the "sales rep" had to pay for all his gas, how he had a baby girl, etc.

If you look on their website, their "sales reps" are just independent contractors anyway, and the customer pays them directly. So the fact that this guy had to pat for his own gas, pay the extra 63 bucks, etc., is not surprising at all.

This guy is about as good at lying as he is at writing :)
