On May 11, 2016 at 10:53 AM CST I was contacted by Robin Evans of Homeones Data at 844-267-6306.  He stated that he was a mortgage Company looking for insurance companies to partner with to write their clients business.  He left a message for me to return his call. 

On May 12 I called to speak to Robin Evans.  He stated he was offering a new program to 1 agent in the region.  He stated that he would supply New Leads to me that either people were re-financing, their homes, new purchases or people that were re-locating to my area that needed Home Owners Insurane.  He stated that he would supply me leads  that would eliminate cold calls or contracts.  He stated that he had a call center that would schedule appointments for me at a certain time to write new busienss.  He guarantted me 25 new pieces of business in 90 days. 

He wanted me to pay $700.00 via check for 25 new pieces of business.  He also stated he would need 10 zip codes to start.  I told him I would thinkn about it and get back to him.

On June 3, 2016 I reached back out to Robin Evans, to sign up for his program. However I told him the only thing that I could afford was 15 leads at 28.00 per lead.  He stated that I he would send me a contract to sign and that the I would need to send him a check of 420.00 to him in the mail and fax a copy to him.  Well that was a big mistake, Now I know why.  He would not take a credit card payment as he knew the charges could be disputed.  On good faith I sent him a 420.00 check, he immediately chashed it and I waited, and waited and waited.

On June 13, 2016 I received an email from Customer service welcoming me to the fold.  That I would received my guarantted leads 1-2 per week in 24-28 hours and that my order would take 45-90 business days to complete.

As of June 21, 2016, No leads came so I contaced them via email and this is the excuse I got. ( copied and pasted directly from email).

Well that went and gone.. NOTING

Finally got my first lead on July 5, 2016.. supposedly after their SERVER was fixed per Michael Johnson email i have.  Wow Not excatly what I would called punctual and or living up to their contract.  Of course no phone calls were ever and still to this day returned.

I recevied a total of 6 Leads.  Five of the Six were bad Leads and returned them all.  However to this day I have gotten email confirmation of only 3 of the 5 leads have gotten credit.

This is the biggest SCAM to insurance agents I have ever been involved with.  Completely disgusted and I am filing a compaint with the better business bureau. I see several other complaints have been filed on this company.  I want my money back.  Robin Evans knew what he was doing by making us pay by check, now it makes it impossible to get my money back unless I file Suite.  What  piece of crap this guy is and this organization.
