HRS Holding, Home Owners Rescue, has taken
away the hopes and dreams of people in distress. The advertise that they will save your home for you and sell it back to you, but
they dont.

They bought our home from sheriff sale in
November, 1998 and they said they would deed
it back to us in January, 1999 and it is
4 years later and we dont own our home.

We have been in litigation for 4 yrs, during
this time, HRS filed bankruptcy and many people
lost their homes. No only in NJ, but in Pa,
Md and other states.

HRS turned the deed over to Mr. Frank Pullano,
Pres of HRS and he took out a mortgage on our
home, never telling the Ocean County courts.
Then he didnt pay this mortgage and our home
went for sheriff sale, and it was sold at
sheriff sale Nov 19,2003.

Mr.Pullano committed fraud on many people
and HRS/Frank Pullano was fined over
$2million for fraud in Monmouth county
court, but never paid a penny of the fines
and never saw a jail.

At the first bankruptcy hearing, the creditors were told that the FBI was holding
deeds from HRS and that they were waiting
until after the bankruptcy was over to pick
up Mr. Pullano. The bankruptcy has ended
and Mr. Pullano walks the streets. He has
a Florida address now. So beware Florida,
as well as other states.

In May, 1999, we saw a lawyer when HRS
refused a option to buy payment (which
everyone calls rent) and the courts
made us put these rents in a court trust
account. Now I have to fight to try to
get that money.

Fraud has won in NJ, and nobody seems to
care. We lived in our home for 10 years
and had hoped to retire it.

In the second paragraph you admit that your home was lost in a sheriff sale due to your failure to pay the mortgage. Confusigley you admitt that they PURCHASED THE HOME AT THE SHERIF SALE.

Did you have any written agreement to repurchase the house back from HRS? Why didnt you excersise it?

There is no record in any NJ court that indicates that HRS or Pullano were fined $2,000.000.00. Can you provide a docet number to back up your statement?

You claim that the FBI has the deeds. Why havnt they turned any deed over to you. or were you required to purchase it but refused too?

Have you put all your rent monies in court as you were required too?
If you did, why should you get your RENT money back? Arent you required to pay rent or mortgage payments to live somwhere?

Since the company went bankrupt, did you submitt any claim to the BK court and if valid, was your claim paid by the court or trustte?

You claim that you wanted to retire in the home. If so, why did you cease making mortgage payments anf let the house go to foreclosure?
Possibly your not seeing the whole picture clearley and are puting blame elswhere for your own short commings, while falsely accusing others who may have tried to help you.
