I had yellow jacket bees all around my lawn so I had contacted Home Paramount after finding them through the internet. The first time they came to fix the issue, they were not able to treat the problem and their excuse was that they needed to keep coming back because it is an ongoing issue. The second time they came back about one week later, they just did the same procedure as the first time- they sprayed my lawn with pesticide. After this, some of the bees stopped coming but there were still many bees. After a while, I noticed that other bugs and insects started coming and eating my flowers and leaves. So I called them again, because I had made a contract with them stating that they will take care of issues dealing with bugs and insects for an unlimited amount of time for a whole year for $561.80 (this includes tax.) When I called them, they arrived and put tiny boxes in my lawn to cover the holes and burrows around the lawn. This did not take care of the problem so I called them again to fix it. They said that someone will come to take care of it and no one came. They had given me a time frame and I cancelled my plans for the day and waited for them the whole day and they did not arrive. When I called them to see why no one showed up, they told me someone came but there was no one there- that is a lie because I stayed home the whole day. When I asked them again for another appointment and if the manager could come and see the issues in the lawn to get a better understanding of how to deal with the situation, they told me that there would not be an appointment for another 3 weeks. So I made the appointment, again making sure that I changed my plans to make adjustments for the manager to arrive, he did not come. When I called, they told me that he was in Virginia. I asked them how come they couldn't call and tell me that he was going to cancel this appointment?- I skipped work and changed all my plans for this! They said well....sorry. I stayed on the line just to see if they would say anything and I could hear them making fun of my accent.. I guess they thought they had put me on mute! That really hurt me. They did not offer to reschedule, they did not offer anything to show that they were even apologetic. So I asked her if I could speak to the manager. The lady on the phone told me to hold on so she could check. I was on hold for five minutes, and then the phone disconnected. I called again thinking maybe it was a bad connection but when I was talking to the lady, she didn't even give me an opportunity to finish what I was saying, she said she would transfer me right away and then hung up on me again! I called the third time (the next day), and she told me that the manager was busy and could not come to the phone. After that, I told her that I had the cheque for the manager and that I just needed him to come to my house to see the problems and then I would personally give him the cheque.   He did not show up again. So, I told her that I will not give them the cheque until he comes and looks at the problem. The same issues kept arising where I would call to talk to the manager and they would hang up. I finally told them that I did not want to complain online but if they won't talk to me, then I dont have a choice. They still did not respond to me. I wrote to them through their website, still, not response. And then recently, I received a letter from the debt collector asking me to pay an obscene amount of money!!
