Complaint Review: Home Pro Complete Services

 This has been the absolutely worst experiance! Very extreme situation and hard to believe that any company would rip off and treat paying customers like this! Buyers be very very aware!! This is the most unprofessional, shady, lack of talent and knowledge company out there. They dont have any of the tools needed for their industry and hire staff completely un qualified to even clean up the job let alone do the job. I had 8 different employees put on my job and every single one of them made it worse each time. My house was to have 1500 sq ft of tiles installed with 1/8 in grout lines and 3 bedrooms of carpeting installed. Not only was the job not completed they never even took up the thinset from the previous tiles they pulled and transitioned where carpet was pulled to the areas where the thinset was never grinded down so absolutely NOTHING is level. Infact they never one time used a level on the job at any time. I have 1/2 inch grout lines butted up to wavy1/8 grout lines. Sone tiles are sunk lower some are raised higher so you can literally trip over them. They used broken tiles to fill in gaps. I purchased 1980 sqft of tile for 1500sq ft of area and they wasted so much they ran out.

Upon discussion of concerns with Josh and Charles (aka) Chad they became heated with my wife. When she expressed that she was very unhappy and was going to leave a bad review on them with Home advisors they threatened her saying to go ahead they would pose as a customer and call up my wifes company to get her fired. My wife is ill and on cemo having to live in a house completely covered in 1 inch thick grout and tile dust and now they are threatening her personally. They have been given 4 or 5 opportunity to fix it knowing how horrible it is but never do and avoid the job. One of the partners come to find out his real name not alais has a very long history of being a con artist found online after all this took place. I was the dummy because i allowed them to con me into paying the entire fees as the job way slowly progressing because they said " they needed to pay their installers" and made us feel bad us being nice people we fell for it. Another con job i guess sad that you cant trust anyone these days!

Current day situation 9 weeks later...... -floor is a mangled mess and need to find new flooring people to fix it and buy new tiles on my own dollar. Even though they were already paid. -carpeting has strips of areas they even put the padding under. No transition ever layed between tile and carpeting. Broken door molding in my sons rooms from removing to lay carpet. Snapped in half and just nailed back up! -daily threats from them during conversations as im trying to get my house fixed. -dust everywhere -1/4 of my furniture in the house because cant put it ontop of unfinished areas. Grout splashed all over my freshly painted house inside and outside. -big sections of grass destroyed due to them spilling buckets of thinset and grout all over my backyard which hardened and never cleaned up. -a sick wife on cemo who crys daily as she walks around the new house we just bought ,that has to breath in the piles of dust every single day. Theres soooo much more that i cant even fit it all on this page. PLEASSEEERE save yourself from the agony of what my family is going through STAY AWAY from this company!!
