Sunday, August 7th we filed a claim with Home protect; our A/C mal-functioned, and our house was heating up.  We had a technician come out Sunday to repair the system; his repairs did NOT fix the problem.

Monday, August 8th, a 2nd repair tech from another company came out.  He failed to locate the problem, and left, saying he had other jobs to tend to, and he needed authorization to proceed with costly repairs he "thought" might fix the system.

Tuesday, August 9th, a 3rd repairman from a 3rd company dispatched to house; fails to fix problem

Wednesday, August 10th, return trip of 3rd technician; thinks he figured out problem, needs authorization & parts from Home Protect.

Thursday, August 11th, attempted to escalate/expedite claim with Home Protect.  They have done NOTHING to move this along. 

Five days.  No air.  No commitment from Home Protect to help move this along AT ALL.  I'm not sure that day six will get us back in our home.
