Home Run Cleaners Ruined my suit and claimed he didn't do it. Then he admitted he did it but wouldn't replace it. RIPOFF Sandy Utah
I took my clothes to Home Run Cleaners to be dry cleaned. The first few times everything was fine. Then I decided to take my $500.00 dollar suit in. When I got it back the material was strechted out and looked like it had been starched to hide the damage.
I took it back and the owner said he would never have done that kind of damage. He accused me of putting a hot iron on it. Even though he said it wasn't him, he said he would see what he could do.
When I went back in to get my suit after he had worked on it, he admitted to doing the damage on the suit and said he had fixed it. He had the suit altered but the damage is still visible. I asked him to fix it again, and he said he was "sick and tired of seeing my suit".
After that I just took my suit and left.
I can't believe he would treat customers like that.
