Complaint Review: Home Run Real Estate

I purchased a home that was only 3 years in October 2008. I was advised I was purchasing an Allen Edwin home which my home is built in the Allen Edwin Community. I was not advised the home was actually built by a bankrupt builder.

Within a Year and 1/2 of living in the home I started to Notice water coming in from the slider leaking right through the walls. I had notified my Realtor Lloyd Reed on the situation this was my first email to Lloyd.

He said to contact Allen Edwin homes. I did contact them and it was not an Allen Edwin Home. Theres goes the 10 year structual warranty I thought the home had when I baught it.

I was planning on buiding a home across the street from my current home with Allen Edwin prior to seeing this home I am in now which was a forclosure.

I also was never advised this home was flooded and partially under water. I had been advised by neighbors down the street that stated they house was partially under water and that they believed a portion of the foundation to be cracked.

The neighbors stated that the home reaked of mold they could smell it from their yard. He stated the home was filled with mold all over the was at least half way up to the sealing inside the home downstars on all wall in the home when he had seen inside the home while the bank was supposedly fixing it.

My home was not fixed it was covered up. My house is filled with Mold the Heat and Central air do not work. The sliders have fully rotted through the home. Insurance does not cover problems with the home prior to my purchase.

The home was covered up from the mold they never replaced the sliders in the home.

Because of the toxic mold infestation and being a single mom the ability to afford to fix this home was not affordable.

My family and I have suffered massive health issues. Starting in 2008 all of my blood test have shown a high White Blood Cell count a serious sign of Black Toxic Mold Poison.

From 2008 to Current I have been diagnosed with Severe Depression, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Chest Pains (heart attack like pains) and Bi Polar Discorder, I suffered a Miscarriage in late August/ September 2011. I had a terrible metal taste in my mouth the day prior to bleeding during pregnancy.

My Son 5 yrs old has suffered from massive nose bleeds and throwing up on a daily basis. My daughter has suffered Panic attacks, and sever depression. She tried to kill herself last year because of her health from this home. Our sickness are all exact sever symptoms of Black Toxic Mold at advance levels of intake.

I have lost a massive amount of money from time off of work and constantly having to file for FMLA to take care of my health and my sick family. I also am off work now because my Chest Pains, Panic Attacks and Depression are so severe I cannot function on my job.

I nearly came to sucidal thoughts because now Im off unpaid leave and will be homeless in September 2012. I went to the hospital to seek help with all the ruin of my life my job the miscarriage my health is so over whelming I can't begin to explain the pain and suffering I have been going through for the last 3 years.

I need a lawyer to help my family and I.

My Family and I life's and health are ruined. I had to let the house go because of these lies and cover ups I have had my family and I health completely ruined, credit ruined, am at risk of losing my job and now will be homeless with my 2 kids as fo Septemeber, 14 2012 as my redemption period has ended.

I am also seeking the City to Condemm my home. I have lost everything my unborn baby died our health has been destroyed our whole life is in ruin and I have no where to run to no one wants to take responsibility. This is not my fault nor my family and it's not legal what's happend to me.

I sent Lloyd a Message I had one response from Lloyd about the home he said call Allen Edwin.

When emailed him later asking for help because he sold me a home under false information he never responded.
Thanks Lloyd for assistance in ruining our lives. I hope I didint perminatley lose the ability to have any more children.

Thanks for not advising us of the flood or mold or any of the things I should had been advised of when purchasing this home. I was also advised the bank was in the house for over a month covering up all the mold and damage. 

We had to tear out the carpet because the mold was so bad it was not tolerable. The foundation is in a waive and its cracked all over the place the walls are un even and inches off some spots as much as 3 inches off from level where the larges portion of the cracked foundation has occurred from the flood prior to when I purchased this home.

I have medical records to prove this I had no doctors prior to 2008 accept for Maternity for my Son who is now 5 and Maternity for my daughter who is now 16 years old. All of my health issues have been recorded and gained since moving into this home.

I have neighbors to prove the cover up and were witness to the flood and the fact the home was under water the foundation issues. None of these things were ever reported to me when I purchased this home.

The home I later found out was sold for 40,000 to a bank who in return Covered up Mold and a Cracked foundation instead of actually fixing. Then turned around and sold me the home for 118,500.

My career is going down the drain I may not have a job soon because of the condition of my Mental state from this Toxic Home. I am also filing on the another seperate rip off report on the Inspector who inspected my home who also works for ICCF like Lloyd who conducted the free home owner awareness buyer plan I carefully followed all his tips and this is what I ended up with.

There is not 1 reason any of this should not have been provided to me upon sale or found in the inspection. How could this much damage and flood reports ever been missed?

Hi Llyod,
I was wondering if there is a way to find out the manufacturer of the windows and sliders in my home.
alot of windows ect come with a leak free guarantee and I have a slider downstairs that is leaking all over the place badly and same problem with upstairs slider and I am very concerned. it appears it was all covered with paint ect. well hidden when i baught the home. there are no names or stickers on the windows so I thought you might be able to point me in the right directions.
