This company does nothing for you. They are just like the rest of the loan modification crooks out there. They take your money with promises to help and then do nothing. I have filed paperwork with the CA Attorney General's office so that this can't happen anymore.
I had to move my family to an apartment less than 30 days after trying to get help from Home Savers of America. They said they could help me and they didn't. Don't trust these shysters, especially Eddie Khatib. They will lie straight to your face.
