Complaint Review: Home Service Guys

Home Service Guys is not a real company. It is a scam. I purchased a living social deal to have my air ducts cleaned. The company stood me up the first time I was scheduled. No phone call, no apology. I called to ask what happened and reschedule and they said they would check into it and get back with men they did not. I called a few more times and sent an email and heard nothing from them. 

My husband then called and spoke with Stephanie who rescheduled us. Well one again we were stood up. I called again to ask for a refund and again, no apology and no returned calls after speaking with staff who said the manage Jody would call me back.

As other people have posted, this company does not have real, tangible contact info.  And shame on Living Social if they do not refund us as well as remove this company from all future deals.
