called them at 8:30 for repair to water heater that was leaking and was told the some one would call me back with in an hour ,that when on all day and no one called back about the repair work,one time they told me that one person was an hour away but would not come here to do the work to far away for them .

I did have a problem with them ,but the right person took charge and the work was done right and iam very happy with the service that i got and i will stay with them from now on because i was treated like a person again ,and i would tell people about they service and how fast there are at getting the right people to do the work
