I order a printer from HSN 11/12, they confirmed order and delivery date 11/23. 11/18 they sent an email of delay on delivery, they claim if they fill the order it will be sent mid December. If they can't at this time they will reimburse my credit card. I believe they needed quick cash to help them through the holiday seasons because of the economy. They took orders for a product they had no intension of delivering and expect the consumers to wait 6 weeks for either confirmation of delivery or reimbursement. This gives them quick cash to purchase items for their holiday sales. I wonder how many other false advertised products they list and utilize consumers money. When you watch these programs they announce how many sold, how many available and when it sells out. How could they possible over sell to the extent where  the customer service reps Miles words, waiting on additional truck loads I have cancelled my order and I am waiting 72 hours for them to reimburse my Credit CARD...

I would like to know how many were ordered? How many if any delivered? And how many people are out the money for 6 weeks until they decide what there going to do?

If it were a few, a comparable printer + software should have been offered, This why I feel it must have thousands.

I will not consider ordering from them again.
