I purchased a Roomba vacuum cleaner from HSN on 7/19/2005 with the HSN Protection Plus. On 1/16/07, I called HSN Protection Plus to have the Roomba repaired. The battery would not stay charged. They sent me a label to send the Roomba to PSR (their warranty provider). I sent the Roomba to PSR on 1/25/07 in the original box.

A couple of weeks later I received a Roomba in a banged up, made shift box. The Roomba was even in worse shape than I sent it in. I called HSN Protection Plus and the girl gave me the number for PSR 1-877-777-3492. I called and left a message. They never returned my phone call. I then called the company, Roomba, directly. According to my registeration, the Roomba that was in my possession now, was not the one I purchased.

I then called HSN Protection Plus back again. The gentleman told me that the only thing he could do was send another label for me to return the Roomba back to PSR. So, on 2/15/07 I received another label and returned the Roomba back to PSR. I wrote letters to HSN and to HSN Protection Plus.

Today, 2/28, the Roomba came back and still does not work. When I plug it in, the light does not even come on. I called HSN Protection Plus and the gentleman's comment was that all I could do was to send it back for the 3rd time to PSR. I am so frustrated. I have never had this much unconcerned, non-existant help from a company.
