Bought ULTREX Cookware,with a 55 year warentee,as for myself,and sent approx 5 friends,figuring,as they advertized,By the Owner of the company,Art Kroll that would be the Last cookware in our lives we would ever have to buy,,and he then raised the warentee to 75 years, and well,there no better than a 2 dollar pan,(non stick), and on first call, he said, some one at HSN to call or email Ultrex! well,they dont make Pots and Pans anymore,, So, on 2nd call to HSN they told me that I was given wrong info, co went under,and they would not stand by the warentee,, even though i bought them from HSN!!!!
Wondering if other people are having same problem??? As I was going to buy my wife a new computer! NOT at HSN!! or Anything,which i will report them to the consumer protection from my state of Ct. Thanks You,as well as the BBB. Thank You for your time!
