I HAVE PURCHASED ABOUT 7 SETS OF COOKWARE, A COMPUTER, OTHER THINGS AND LAST A EASTMAN KODAK CAMERA. SERVICE FROM HERE IS SORRY. MY CAMERA WOULD NOT WORK, I SENT IT BACK TO KODAK, THEY REPAIRED IT AND SENT IT BACK. THE CAMERA STILL WOULD NOT WORK. I HAVE CONTACTED THE TWO COMPANIES ABOUT 20 TIMES. HSN WAS TO GET BACK WITH ME BUT I HAVENT HEARD A WORD.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT EVERYONE PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM YOUR LOCAL MERCHANT WHERE YOU WILL NOT GET THE RUN AROUND.

Unfortunately, if you did not purchase the HSN protection plus plan, at the time of purchasing the camera, that leaves the issue between you and Kodak.

HSN offers a 1-2 year protection plan on electronic purchases. If a customer chooses not to accept this additional protection, all fault falls upon the manufacturer.

Sorry about the situation, but keep on kodak until you get the problem resolved.
