Complaint Review: Consumer Assist Network Assoc.

March 3, 03 - I received letter stating I was valued customer and after my 30 day trial I would be charged $12.95 each month on my card.

I don't know when or how they got my name and I am wondering what card they may have gotten hold of to charge as I did not give any numbers to them.

I called to cancel, but I need to call back to be sure it's canceled as this person I talked to canceled it but suggested I call tommorrow.

There is no proper address and I wonder if the signature on the letter is really a person. Who are these people and how did they get my name and any info about me.

I certainly gave them no info as I never heard from them. Did they get info from "secure" sites on the internet?
