Home Warranty of America FAILED TO REIMBURSE FOR A PRE APPROVED CLAIM IN A TIMELY MANNER

I have been a customer for over 10 years.  During last winter they failed to respond to a heating claim and we were in below freezing temps for over a week.  

This complaint results from their failure to reimburse a PRE APPROVED & AUTHORIZED claim in a timely manner.  They approved a Septic Tank Pumping.  They had us get the provider as they did not have anyone in the area. 

They authorized a reimbursement once we supplied them with the payment of the charges.  We submitted the invoice for the charges on 7/30/2018 and as of today's date 09/20/2018 we have not received a reimbursement. 

We have contacted Home Warranty of America - twice by email and once by phone to obtain the reimbursement.   We have not received any information on when we can expect a reimbursement.

Please BEWARE of this company!   We did not renew our contract when it expired because of the way they operate their company!
