I purchased a 52-piece dinnerware set (new) from this company on April 18, 2008 - paid in full via PayPal - total of $401.50. Over the last three months, I have had nothing but trouble trying to get the items shipped to me. Over three scattered, delayed, lost, forgotten about shipments, I have finally received 40 of the pieces, 2 of which were shattered.

Over the last month, I have tried to communicate and received promises of shipments from them with false expected delivery dates, promises of a refund via paypal, etc, but nothing arrived. Last contact was 7/7 in which he promises to send out the shipment in two days time, as well as give a refund. Nothing arrived, and they are now refusing contact.

SHADY BUSINESS!! Do not buy from them.

Full time line of the ridiculous process below:
4/18/08 -item paid in full (52 piece dinner set)
5/2/08 -e/m (email) seller for status;seller responds that item shipped 4/24 USPS, will arrive 7 days
5/7/08 -e/m seller - no pkg; seller responds he will check with USPS
5/8/08 -seller e/m that USPS is checking
5/9/08 -USPS cannot locate pkg; seller says will send another set on 5/12
5/12/08 -seller e/m he will send pkg today, will send tracking # (does not)
5/15/08 -e/m seller for status/track#; seller responds 3 boxes due to arrive 5/22, doesn't give track#
5/22/08 -3 boxes arrive, only 28 pieces - 2 are smashed; e/m seller about 24 missing pieces, request 2 replacements
5/23/08 -seller responds missing items due to arrive on 5/28, and he will send 2 replacements
5/27/08 -1 box arrives, only 12 pieces, 12 are missing
5/29/08 -e/m seller; seller responds missing items shipped today
6/10/08 -e/m seller; no items
6/11/08 -seller responds items are now in transit, due on 6/16
6/19/08 -no items; e/m seller - NO RESPONSE
6/23/08 -e/m seller - NO RESPONSE
7/2/08 -e/m seller, threaten Paypal claim
7/7/08 -seller responds he will ship mugs on 7/9 as well as refund for items to compensate
7/14/08 -no items; e/m seller - NO RESPONSE
7/17/08 -e/m seller - NO RESPONSE
7/21/08 -e/m seller, give 24 hours to respond or will file claim
7/22/08 -file claim with paypal
7/25/08 -file claim with Consumer Affairs, Better Business Bureau, Rip-off reports - JUST TO START.
