Complaint Review: Homeaway

Homeaway VRBO VRBO cancelled my subscription WITHOUT EXPLANATION, refuses to say WHY IN WRITING OR ON PHONE! Internet

VRBO cancelled my $350.00 subscription without notice or refund, won't say why, and will not even discuss with me. As an owner of a luxury rental property, this has temporarily thrown my business into a tailspin, because they also LOCKED my account, denying me the ability to contact my renters! Here is their email:

Pursuant to our terms and conditions, we can no longer allow you to advertise on the site due to unethical business practices.

You will be dismissed from all HomeAway.com, Inc. brand websites.

Any future attempts to advertise on our sites will result in removal of the advertisement(s) and forfeiture of payment.

I strongly recommend everyone not to rent using Homeaway or VRBO. If you have property advertised with them, I would advise you to switch to other forms of advertisement. You could be like me, and have your subscription blocked without warning or explanation.

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST!
