On February 26, 2009 I ordered a shower hose, Grohe Relaxa Series model
#28143R00, from Homecenter and paid $101.97 by debit card to have it
delivered. The shipping was fast, but when it arrived on March 4, 2009,
it was the wrong product. What I received was Relaxa model #28143000.

Immediately, I e-mailed the company about the error, and was surprised
to get a return e-mail that night from the CEO (it must have been midnight in New York.) He assured me that it was an error that could be easily remedied. Through several sequential
e-mails that night he indicated that if I wanted the correct item
shipped to me I would have to wait until they received the one I had and
credited my account. Or, I could pay again now, and return the item
after I received an 'RGA' number. I was desperate, so I ordered another
and paid again for the original item. This time the debit was for $93.02
(a bargain I guess.)

I immediately contacted their returns department and was given an RGA
number and was told they would send a shipping label. It never arrived.
Numerous attempts to get through to them were futile. As soon as they
realized it was me on the other end of an e-mail or phone call, they
did not respond or hung up.  Their returns department had contacted me
by e-mail on a couple of occasions since then, inquiring about the open
RGA#. As soon as they realize it is this account, they no longer will respond to my e-mails.

Furthermore, I have never received the second shower hose I paid  $93.02 for on 3-4-09.
