After a consumer makes a purchase from HomeClick.com, without that consumer's knowledge or consent, HomeClick.com gives his/her credit card number to WLI ShopperDiscount. Thereafter, WLI ShopperDiscount makes monthly charges against the credit card. If you call the company, they will agree to cancel the so-called 'membership' but will refuse to refund the charges already made to your credit card.
