The item that I purchased from HomeClick was not the item I received. Returned item using UPS return label supplied by HomeClick. 3 weeks later I still have no information on when a replacment will be shipped, have been getting the run-around from customer service who refuse to refund saying the replacement is being processed. Would never shop at HomeClick again.
