I ordered almost $2k of merchandise for a remodel. The bathtub arrived damaged and parts broken. No response to any of my emails. I first completed the damaged form online, with no response. I have subsequently completed four more damage reports on this item with no response.

There were multiple items purchased in this order. The recessed medicine cabinets were backordered so I attempted to cancel those but was told the order had already been processed and it was too late to cancel. I did not receive these items until a month later so they easily could have been cancelled. I had to pay to ship them back and additionally a 25% restocking fee for items I attempted to cancel.

I will never order from this rip-off company again and I would advise everyone who reads this to never order from this company unless you want to be jerked around and receive no satisfaction from the company.
