Well, our story is just like the rest, ripped-off by Homecoming. We purchased our home in 12/04 with Decision One. and after just 2 months , we were SOLD to Homcoming Financial with no notice. We run into some financial problem and was placed on a repayment plan.

We sent in the first payment and it was sent to the wrong City Place by Western Unions fault. The house was foreclosed on 10-13-05. When we sent over the paperwork showing we paid. They told us we owe for the lawyer fee in the amount of $1500.00.

We paid from 09-05 to 10-06 in the amount of $13,000. When I called Homecoming and asked about the balance, they said I would have to call back to speak to someone in the foreclosure department.I spoke to Charles Olivares and said he would get right on it. When we spoke to him, he said just send in a payment in the amount of $1000.00.

We did so. But to our surprise the amount NEVER went down but, it continued to climb. WE went from oweing $3256.60 to $12,000. Now here's the best part, they foreclosed on 04/03/07 with no paperwork sent to us.If someone is out there, that can lead us in the right direction, please help.

Thank You in advance,
Sonja and Anthony
