Complaint Review: Homecomings Financial & Aurora Loan Services

Homecomings Financial sold our loan to Aurora Loan Services back in the summer of 2008.

Aurora has now foreclosed our home (got the note 3 business days before Christmas from a realtor on our door, now this Realtor did not have our file when we contacted him, yet he found it necessary to put those x-mas wishes on our door!).

When contacting Aurora to make payments (last one was made end of October 2008) in December they wouldn't accept it, because the house is sold back to themselves and foreclosed on us.

Apparently it has been foreclosed since September!
They have excepted payments and we haven't had a letter confirming our house got sold! What happened?
We know it's a SCAM!!!!

A really NASTY ONE WITH NO SCRUPPEL!
Apparently Homecomings sold our loan to Aurora claiming we were 7 months behind, they were lying and we have the payment proof!

Now we have fallen one month behind with Aurora and they have shot the doors on us saying that we have 7-8 payments missing!!!!! NOT TRUE! So Homecomings took our payments plus we had a second loan with them which we conveniently (for them) paid off a week or two before they sold it to this little crappy bank called 'AURORA'.

It is to late once the home is foreclosed and we have to move now but WE ARE GOING TO FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST YOU LITTLE BLOODSUCKERS! MERRY X-MAS!

They have so many little scummy tactics to steal from us, some bigger and some smaller banks; they are all out to get you and your money in times like this even harder! Homecomings IS stealing from Peter to give to Paul.

I also suspect Aurora working with Homecomings on that or vice versa.
