My husband and I bought our house in 2000. Shortly thereafter, the mortgage was sold to Homecomings. Our tax and insurance was not included in the payment. In 2002, due to my duaghter's heart condition, we were unable to make the tax payments and our insurance lapsed. However, we were still making our mortgage payments. Homecomings stepped in and made the both payments then began threatening foreclosure. Since then it has become a living nightmare.

Even though we had been making payments, they were not applied to our loan. Now, we are in foreclosure. What happened to the money?? Try as I can, I can't get a response from Homecomings. We have thousands of dollars racked up in "corporate advances" yet no explaination as to what those advances are.

We would like to join the class action suit against Homecomings.
