Homecomings Financial ripoff Dallas Texas
I am losing sleep over this, being told my house is going into foreclosure. We are currently in a chapter 13 bankruptcy and trying all we can to resolve this mess, however Homecomings is making this a nightmare.
They claim we are 5 months behind on our mortgage, I cannot get a printout of a current payment history from them for the life of me. I have requested it several times and still have seen nothing. I need help and fast, I cannot lose my home, I am lost.

You need to send a written request CMRRR to Homecomings saying
This is a qualified written request under Section 6 of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA).
I am writing because:
Write out what you want ie; transaction history
I understand that under Section 6 of RESPA you are required to acknowledge my
request within 20 business days and must try to resolve the issue within 60 business days.
Send copies to FTC, HUD, BBB and anyone else you can think of.
