We to were sold to homecomings and within the month our payment went up and we received the foreclosure letters when we have already made our payments, we to would like to be involved in the class action lawsuit

We since have refinanced again but not with Homecomings, but Homecomings will not update our account to the 3 credit bureaus, they still say we owe them money.
