Homecomings Financial ripoff, made a prepayment and they applied it to interest, can not get a real person to talk to when I call 50 calls this weekend Dallas Texas
Really upset that I have made over 50 calls in the last four (4) days and all I get is a dang automated system that takes you ever where except where you want to be, to a real person!
I have tried everything possible to get a real person, I don't think they have anyone there except computers.
This is stupid and upseting not to mention time consuming. I have spent over 8 hours in 4 days tried to get a real person.
What do I do?
