Complaint Review: Homecomings Financial

I guess that I am one of about thirty. Homecomings will not send me any payment info or payments books SO I CAN TIMELY PAY MY MORTGAGE. Since all of you have had them screw you, I'm wondering if this is a pattern of conduct so they can foreclose on our account.

Ironically, I can't reach them by phone. Their web-page is DOWN. I am late on my payment because I can't contact them. I "googled" them, and rather than finding their web-page, I found this site. Thanks to all of you, I found THEIR NUMBER IN ALL OF YOUR COMPLAINTS. I couldn't get to a real person, use their site, etc., but I did get a payment amount.

I believe this is a pattern of conduct to CAUSE US TO BE LATE and INCURE ADDITIONAL LATE FEES AND PENALITES. We need to stick together and shut them down. Everyone should file formal complaints with the local state banking regulators. THIS COMPANY HAS TO BE STOPPED SO OTHERS AREN'T VICTIMS.

Since they won't help me send my payments, thank you all for letting me find their address here. It's sad when a rip-off web-page is the only way you have to get information on your mortgage company.
