Homecomings Financials ripoff Dallas Texas
several months ago- myself and husband decided to purchase our home through a mortgage comp here in fl- little did we know that they would sell the mortgage to Homecomings Financials!!! what a mistake-to make a long story short-- we fell victim to hard times and we were nor able to make the first payment on time nor the second-
we sent the payment in about 1.6 months past due about one week later i sent another payment to them along with a feesible payment arrangement to make all happy -or so i thought--well not hearing anything back i decided to call them-- Much to my surprise i found out they were foreclosing and would not accept any payments to my account-- then i finally get through to a person in the resolution dept--{san diego) they string me along for several more weeks--
after about two months- they decided to tell me that i cant afford my home-- just WHO ARE THEY TO SAY THAT-- i am a human being with 5 small children and it is next to impossible to think they might loose there home because someone treated People like a number and didnt realize sometimes sh-- happens and we can only try to think someone might care enough to bend a little-- my husband and myself are more that able to make our payments but need a break on the past due-- if anyone can help or have a suggestion of what we can do please respond--
