HomeDepot.com, HomeDepot Charged me several times for an item they never delivered. Their customer service group just lies to get rid of youj. Ripoff Atlanta Georgia

I was induced to purchase a gas grill online by HomeDepot,Inc. because of 50% off retail pricing and free shipping. Placed order on May 26, and they immediately double billed me. I did not receive grll but got double billed on my credit card. When I brought it to Customer Service attenton they corrected the charge but never delivered grill. Months went by, and I decided to check on it. They billed again and still made no delivery..

In September, wrote to the President of the company. After hours getting nowhere with the online service people. They just lie and make stuff up.
Finally got all but a small amount.
Try to find somebody to pay atention.
