After reaching out to the Better Business Bureau in Florida they told me they've had numerous complaints go unanswered by "Howard Birnbaum" and the www.homegrown-hydroponics.com. They have issued a grade of "F" for this business.
He ripped me off. He spends more time following the trail of complaints on the web and disputing them than he does running a legitimate business. Trust me, shop around before you do any business with Howard Birnbaum or www.homegrown-hydroponics.com
