Homeindoor.com Santos; Robert Raymond Charged the bill, promised to ship in one week, After 3 weeks, they said they were out of Stock; Terrible costume service, Never give calls back, many lies, Terrible behave on Telephone and E-mails. Wilmington, Delaware

3 Weeks ago we ordered a product, they said they would ship in One week. After that, nothing was shipped yet, we tried to contact them for Days and Days, No answer on the phone, when finally got to talk to someone, they lied, promised again to ship the product but never did. After 3 weeks, once again on the Phone, they said they were out of stock, they NEVER answer to the e-mails, Many times they said they would contact us but they never did. Our experience with this organization was extremely disappointing and painful. 



Today, after many emails with NO ANSWER, they finally said that they were out of stock, But even that, Im coping the email I received from them and you all can see the way this company deal with costumers.

 Oh by the way, your faucet is expected to  be delivered tomorrow. I manage to get a tracking number for you. I do not know who you think you are with your tone. I would rather take a lost and pay WH a restocking fee than do business with you. I have gone ahead and issued you a full refund. Please do not shop with us again!!!
